The Hayloft, Egmont Farm B&B and Holiday Cottage

Egmont Farm is set in five acres of rural pastureland, home to a few horses, chickens and a resident cat.

Our one bedroom stable cottage conversion, situated adjacent to the owners farmhouse, offers an ideal setting for two people wanting a relaxing break away.

We are a five minute stroll from the heart of Northiam which offers a village shop, post office, bakery and a couple of traditional country pubs. It is surrounded by beautiful countryside and an abundance of picturesque villages to explore, all within a short drive from the historical town of Rye itself.

The cottage is available from two nights B&B to a short term self catering holiday let.
